The Year In Pixelated Music

It’s hard to determine what broke inside of me or when it broke, but for some reason I find experiencing live music most enjoyable if I’m photographing the artists. This illness does not seem to have a cure yet, and as such this year, too, I was photographing quite a few bands and solo artists. 

As we are in the season of nostalgia and contemplation of what has been, I allowed myself to indulge and assemble a collection of my own favorite photos of the year past. 

Most of these photos will also be featured in one of three upcoming small, A5-sized zines I’m currently putting together, the triptych Country/City/Concert, each of which will feature my favorite photos of 2024 in said category. I’m in the final stages of production on these and will have them available early 2025. More on this very soon.
